You have 30 calendar days from the day your package is delivered to start a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Received something faulty or damaged? Let us know at info@icebreaaker.it.com within 7 days of delivery. For quality issues, we’ll take care of you — no cost, no hassle.
Starting a return is simple. Just email us with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label. There are no restocking fees, and return shipping is completely free.

Once your return arrives at our facility, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method. From there, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
At the moment we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order.
